At America’s Cardroom The Buck Stops At Punta Cana

Last Updated on

These days at America’s Cardroom all roads lead to Punta Cana. Recently we told you about the Punta Cana Poker Classic satellite tournaments, with one past and one coming up (on June 24 at 7:30 pm ET) offering as its grand prize a $5k all-inclusive prize package to the Punta Cana Poker Classic Main Event in the Dominican Republic from October 12 to 18 to compete at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino there for a piece of a $500k guaranteed prize pool. The direct buy-in for the Punta Cana satellite at America’s Cardroom is $250 + $5 but lower cost satellite qualifiers are running now. But there’s more than one way to Punta Cana via America’s Cardroom. There’s also the Freeroll Super Series.

Both the Freeroll Super Series is also, like the Punta Cana Satellite Series, previously announced in this blog, but they bear repeating because they both share the all-important trait of awarding free seats in the upcoming Punta Cana Poker Classic Main Event as well.

As a refresher, the Freeroll Super Series is made up of four rounds, of daily, weekly and monthly qualifiers all leading up to a Grand Finale on September 15, 2012 where the 500 top players from the Freeroll Super Series Leaderboard will compete for one of three Punta Cana Poker Classic prize pacakges and a share of $25,000 cash.

In addition, competing in any Punta Cana Poker Classic satellites at America’s Cardroom will now also earn you bonus points on the $60k Points Race leaderboard.
