2010 WSOP Event #27 info

Event #27 of the 2010 World Series of Poker is a Seven Card Stud High-Low8 Split event. This $1,500 buyin event attracted 644 entrants. The prize pool of $869,400 will be spread over the top 64 players. The winner of this event can look forward to a $208,682 payday along with a bracelet that can't be bought in stores (unless it is T.J. Cloutier's). Everyone who makes it to the money will bank at least $2,851.

Being as stud is usually a limit game, it is no surprise that 208 players will return to resume play on Day 2. Stud specialist Jeffrey Lisandro currently sits 7th on the chip count. You may recall Mr. Lisandro winning three WSOP bracelets in 2009. All were won in stud related events. He is definitely not a player to take lightly in this format. Ultimate Bet pro Annie Duke is currently 31st in chips and hopes for continued success going into Day 2.
