2010 WSOP Event #21 info

Event #21 of the 2010 Woirld series of Poker is a $1,500 buyin event. This seven-card stud event drew 408 hopefuls to the tables. The $550,800 prize pool will be distributed to the top 40 who survive. The smallest payout is $2,985 while the winner gets a nice bracelet and $140,467.

Sadly, I missed the day 1 update, so now I am reporting that after day 2 there are 8 players remaining and the final table is scheduled to play out today. Sorel Mizzi leads the final table with 435,000 chips. That lead is by no means comfortable as the next highest has 320,000 chips. Mizzi is pursuing his first ever WSOP bracelet today.

Richard Ashby, born in London but calls Gabon home wins this bracelet and $140,467.
Not a household name because he is more of a European cash game specialist.
