No, let us revel in the fact that a master player got an inferior one to make an incorrect play. There are no longer guns. There are no longer fights. There is only money. And you do all that is within your power to win the money. The game is not about manners. The game is not about respect. The game is about one thing, and only that one thing: M O N E Y

so, as an analogy. I should be praised for kicking a homeless beggar and stealing the money from his begging cup? He was weak, and I was strong so I took his money because I am a jerk. Then I stood over him and kicked him repeatedly while my posse stood by and cheered me for it. I was better than him, I took his money, then i proceeded to beat the crap out of him so my coward buddies could cheer and make me feel like a big man. Oh yes this is the way poker and life should be played!!!!

Its about being a man in everything you do in life. Some people are men, some are arrogant jerks with friends who applaaud them for being jerks. It does not change what they, or their friends are, no matter how successful they are in their chosen profession. Whether it is professional thief as above, or professional poker player. Think all thieves are applauding the one who kicked the home less guy? Any of them find the kicking deplorable?

i do agree with what you say but some people are just that way and the will remain to be that way. i just wish one day somebody just beats his @$$ for that. i mean he was just attacking his play he was attack his nationality which is i think is wrong. you should be judge by what you are but more of who you are. then again i wish i could of watch more hands before this one hand just see what was goiong on and what was being said. i am tony is a jerk but i dont see him being that rude for no reason but then again maybe i am wrong

Tony G is an asshole. But his crude style gets people to make dumb mistakes like calling that allin. For him it's a weapon. Not one I would use, but we've seen a lot of similar behavior from other players.

As for Borgo's comment, you'll have to forgive him, he's studying to be a lawyer.

I'd like to see that video on the front page of pokernews, I wonder how many people would still visit the site if they knew Tony G owns it.

That is an absolutely ridiculous comparison. In no way did I say that he should have ever touched him. Should a police officer yell at a suspect if it thinks it will get a confession?

As to the attacking of him after the hand, and of his nationality: do you honestly think Tony honestly believes that way? It is simply a way for him to continue to get under his skin. These players will play for hours at much higher stakes than those televised. Tony now has an edge over the Russian, for he will be trying to "pay Tony back" for his comments. The $ will just fall into Tony's lap.

Only one comment. You know what doesn't make a YouTube Video?

The other 99% of the time when the guy calls with something better and Tony G is crushed or GONE.

This makes TV/YouTube. His moment of glory. The rest, its just another pathetic player making a noisy move and losing.

Great TV... not great poker.
