if you like the .10 buyins and rebuys try the sharp shooter on doyle's room. rebuy are only allowed for the first 15 min and limit to on 5 adn with one addon. also they have a $10 overlay. i have been playing these the last few nights and find it very easy to cash. also they have the bounty thing on everyones head so it cool to get .05 for each person yo knock out or make rebuy. try it out sometime and tell me if you like it. oh yeah the blinds are simila to the quickdraw there

In my opinion, you are at a disadvantage in a R/A tourny if you cannot rebuy. The typical player there does plan on rebuying 3-5 times, and is committed to the type of play that best succeeds....loose/aggressive for the first hour. This will allow for the greatest chance to chip-up in a major way.

So what happens if you win a ticket to a large buy-in R/A and you cant rebuy? Well, try "talking the game"......tell the table you hope you dont have to rebuy more than 10 times!! Let them get a loose image of you because of what you say, then play super tight/aggressive. Get AA or KK and go all-in. Hope that players call because they think you are loose. Your goal here is to triple, maybe quad, up by the break.....at which time everyone else tightens up their play because rebuys are over.

If you cant rebuy, luck is your only other option.

well the good thing about this tourny is it only 10 cent rebuys and rebuys are only allowed for the first 15 min not first hour

If it was the same rules for the Full Tilt one, I would have been very rich

The first hour sure is the worst. I really don't care for rebuys.

My strategy is always the same. I'm a very tight, patient player. Actually this is one of the things I need to improve on. I do well at the beginning being tight, but during the middle I need to loosen up a little to build my chip stack. That's where I fall short. As a general rule I don't like rebuys because I never rebuy, but I have made pretty good money at these if I can last.

Each tournament requires a different strategy.

There's a big difference in approach when playing different games. Freerolls are looser than buyins. Deep stacks are different from small stacks. There is also a difference between a 6 seater and 9,10 seater.

For freerolls and 6 seaters, loosen up a bit.

For buyins and deepstacks, play tighter in the beginning and loosen up when you get a nice stack or when you reach 12x the big blind.

And no matter what game you're playing, loosen up a bit when you're in position with no raisers. ie. suited connectors, etc.

I know this isn't very thorough but its a simple guide that I use. We'll try to get something more comprehensive written one of these days.
