| Pocket Kings. Biggest pot I ever won was with them. Flop came out K A K. The guy sitting to my right bet pretty big, I just called. Turn was a 6. He bet big again, I called. River was a 7. He bet, I raised all in. He called. He had pocket Aces. ![]() K J suited or not is my worst. I always play it and I lose with it every time. |

I am not sure I care for AK down as I am 50/50 wins to losses with them and since they are such juicy cards it's hard not to bet it "over" aggressively. As a matter of fact I think I got bumped out of a tourney last week with an all in on them (I know I know - I shouldn't have gone all in on AK (should I have?) Oops - quoted the wrong post - it was one of the earlier ones discussing AK -- ave gone all in ;-) ) Last edited by Upward_Trend; 11-07-2008 at 03:24 PM. |

| I'm not sure about the proper definition for "my best hand", but in hold'em I'm quite certain it's AA. By "lucky hand" you probably refer to hands that you personally have won the most with in relation to it's equity aggainst a random hand. You could call it the hand that has the highest ROI% regarding it's chanses to win aggainst any two cards. Since I haven't kept statistics on all the hands I've played I'm not 100% sure my answer will be correct. Though, it feels like that hand could be the decieving, but oh so beautiful T8so. This hand only has an equity of 52.334% aggainst a random hand, but I'm certain I've won a lot more with it than lost. |
