1. download Carbon Poker and create an account
2. create a Twitter account if you do not have one
3. follow @Carbon on Twitter for this and other promotions
4. login into the poker client and click Player Admin at the bottom
5. look to the left side and click Twitter Freeroll under Promotions
6. scroll down towards the bottom and put in your twitter name
7. check your email and put in your verification
8. login into the poker client and in the Tournament Special tab register

this promotion actually started with $200 for its 200 follower
and now its running a $250 Freeroll on

I think I did all that but never got the coupon to enter. maybe next. Is there gonna be more of these?

I currently have a completed and active coupon for the twitter freerolls
so it does look like this will be regular and with how active and a great marketing tool twitter is I can't see them stopping it anytime soon.

Okay, I don't know if I am having a brain fart moment or what. I logged onto Twitter and began following Carbon Poker, but every time I try to verify that I am on Carbon site it keeps saying "Error: Aww! You aren't following!"

I put in my Twitter name as requested. It keeps giving me the same error.

So I began to wonder if that want my Twitter email instead. So I enter that. Instead, this time it just sits there saying "checking..." and nothing ever comes up.

What am I doing wrong here? I am following the directions specifically.

once they have you following them, they send you a direct twitter with a confirmation number in it. No clue about the errors

Finally! I just kept trying and it finally gave me the message: "Please check your direct messages for the code". Phew....

Got the code through the email. Entered that code in on the Carbon site and just a few minutes later I got the coupon awarded.

I am registered for the event! :)
