Become an Online Poker Pro with FeltStars

FeltStars is giving their players a chance to be come an online poker professional for a month. Starting January 14, 2011 Feltstars will hold daily tournaments to qualify to become a pro for a month. These tournaments feed into a final tournament on February 13, 2010. Win that tournament and you will receive over $4,000 in tournament entries for the following month! Every one of the qualifier tournaments has a ticket added to its prize pool.

The Monday-Friday tournaments will be at 20:00 server time with a $2.20 buyin and a $33 coupon added for the winner.
The Saturday tournaments will be at 17:00 server time with a $5.50 buyin and a $60 coup[on added for the winner.
The Sunday tournaments will be at 17:00 server time with a $11 buyin and a $109 $50K guaranteed ticket for the winner.

Additionally, any player winning more than one of the qualifiers in the same promotion period will earn an additional $50K guaranteed tourney entry, plus eliminate one more competitor to compete against in the final event! There are only thirty available seats in the final, and it appears to be winner take all for $4016 worth of tournament entries. My suggestion is to play as many as you can early. there should be a somewhat low turnout to begin with, but I am sure the $2 ones will fill as the promotion goes on. The $11 tournaments should feature a smaller field and that $109 coupon for the win is an excellent value.

Entry only by qualifying winners and first place receives the $4,000 Package

Winners Terms & Conditions

Monthly Online Poker Pro winners must agree to have their names and likeness printed on the
website and in our promotional materials.

All tourney entries awarded will be for regularly scheduled tournaments, and have no cash value.

The pro sponsorship expires at the end of the 1 month period.

I can't get any traction in this. I've played about 15 games I think. I got second on a saturday game, I dont want to even talk about that suckout. Starting to tilt me..


Watch the hell out for HPClkport. he got second yesterday again. Damn, I bet he makes over 50% of the final tables. Quit playing and give us amateurs a chance

LOL, I was talking about giving up, but I won the last game, $5.50 on Saturday. Really don't think i'll win the Pro Membership, but it's worth a try. Over the entire series I made about $130 (that includes the $60 tourney ticket I won today). So not too bad. I think I played in 25 out of 30 events.

Will have to look to see what the best game for the T$60 is. I want a freezeout, not something where the rebuys are $60.
