| Golden Nugget Grand Series
With the WSOP kicking off last week, many players are left as bystanders because they can not afford the high buy-ins, even with the $1000 stimulus buy-in special. The Golden Nugget has a great series running with smaller buy-ins. The series kicks off this weekend June 6th and will run through July 5th. Most of the events are $225 & $230. The Grand Finale No-Limit Championship has a buy-in of $1080, but has satellite tournaments to the event for only $50. Each tournament offers a bonus buy chips for all tournaments at $10 for 2,000 additional chips (5,000 chips for the Grand Finale). The bonus chips must be purchased at time of registration. The bonus buys are optional. The series offers a wide range of games: NLH, HORSE, Stud, Omaha, etc. They even have a ladies only event. Both the Ladies Event and the Grand Finale will be awarding a bracelet to the winners. Winners will be paid in casino chips. Must be 21 years or older to attend. Below is the schedule of events:
