Buying HHs worth it?

I felt this was more Poker Strategy as HHs can really help getting an early read on opponents when new to a table.
So I was looking around online

My main worry is whether the site is actually legit as it just seems iffy to me. And if it is legit, is it worth buying HHs? Actually, is it legal on Carbon Poker as I feel like I've heard it's against some ToS and not others?

Thanks in advance for responses.

Seriously? I'm glad I came to check this out first. Thank you. Now datamining isn't necessarily against all sites Terms of Service, right? And that's where you open a bunch of tables and import observed hands... I've never actually tried that before. I'm assuming if that isn't against the ToS, then it's a good thing to do. Thanks again

if you watch them, then they are fine. Some sites wont save the observed ones in hand history though

I was just wondering. How does this HHs actually works? Is it really worth buying?
