I play so bad!!!

im at a live game tonightim up 185 dollars over 3 hours 1and 2 nolimit I get pocket queens in the small blind I raise it to 22 preflop with 4 callers flop comes queen of clubs 4 of clubs 8 of spades I fire 22 get 2 callers turn comes a 2 of clubs I bet out 22 again guy raise me 100 on top I had 285 in front of me at start of hand. im 60 percent sure guy is bluffing but I fold anyway and he turns over 2 ,4 of hearts

so we see A 4 6 8 K - (again I have an A with a Q kicker)

I’m pumped and have been betting aggressively with one follower (the follower raising my bets and calling me along the way)

I am all in at the end of it and lose to his AAKK. Then I think “what a dummy play that was” and had no one to blame but myself….. and I am out $10 (pocket change but I have to stop doing this!!!!!) – I read him as having Aces with a smaller kicker then mine but should have known better with his aggressive betting..
