A Way To Not Tilt

I just wanted to share what I do so that i never tilt, even when someone catches unbelievable cards to beat me. I say to myself," I've done that to someone before". I just think back to all the times I sucked out on people and left them with almost no chips. I've done it to them, and of course it will happen to me. So when you all are sitting there and get sucked out on, just take a breath, sit back and remember...you've done it too.
