too many things to mention here.. and as always is very situationally dependent. If I'm getting floated (or have noticed a player who is taking advantage of what he perceives to be weakness), I'm going to play my monsters the same way as a typical c-bet (between 50-75% of the pot.. generally).
I may also check-raise the flop on occassion, setting it up so that I'll be able to check the flop occassionally in the future.
I'm trying to play guys like this in position as much as possible (most players actually). This negates this to a degree.
