While many thought that the durrrr challenge on Full Tilt Poker would take a backseat to the WSOP, it's been the complete opposite with Tom "durrrr" Dwan and Patrik Antonius playing a monster 910 hand session last night. Dwan got ahead early on and pulled almost even with Antonius in the challenge. He then went on a slight downswing, but still remained ahead for the session.
The last hour was all durrrr. While not only playing the 4 challenge tables, durrrr was also playing 3 heads up tables against Gus Hansen. In the last hour, durrrr could not lose and finished up $370,037.50 for the session.
Challenge Totals:
Leader: Durrrr
Amount: $335,443
Hands: 17,304 of 50,000
"Americans have played poker throughout history. Playing poker on the internet is simply an example of an American tradition evolving into the 21st century. It is unfathomable that poker, an American pastime and game of skill, should be banned for the millions who enjoy playing responsibly."
that is a huge session, and might I add sick
910 hand session and 3 tabling HU is madness
I have noticed a pattern that has developed
Dwan takes a some swings at pots in losing session that gives him a "feel" and read to later session with Patrik that seems to go out of the ball park. Full Tilt has a nice session graph that illustrates it.
