| Online Poker Network DGS Closing Down? Several online poker news websites are reporting that online poker network Dynamic Gaming Systems (DGS) has closed down. leaving player accounts in question.  The initial report of the DGS shutdown came from SportsBookReview.com. Excerpt: "BJO states that the provider has closed with licensee and player funds. BJO also tells SBR it will be transferring all poker balances to a new network provider, Dobrosoft. The migration of accounts is expected to take three days. Players can also request a payout or a balance credit in the BigJuicyOdds sportsbook, which is separately operated. Players with other poker brands may be less fortunate. JunglePoker.com is owned by the Dynamic Gaming network and is not expected to settle accounts. G2Gpoker, a poker-only gaming site, has previously stiffed players as part of the Futurebet Gaming network."The story was then picked up by several other poker news sites. The unconfirmed report comes a couple of weeks after a previous report of instability with the network. A check of Jungle Poker shows that both the website and the poker client are still in operation and there are real money games in progress on the network. The coming days should provide some indication as to the validity of the report. Further details will be published as they become available.      |

| Online Poker Network Troubles Continue New owners Cintaly Holding Corporation appear to be battling Speculation that the deeply troubled online poker network and software provider Digital Gaming Systems has been taken over by the little known Cintaly Holdings Corporation (see previous Online-Casinos.com/InfoPowa reports) surfaced again this week with disturbing unpaid player reports that there is little evidence of any substance to the takeover company. DGS had earlier announced that it had signed an agreement "to transfer" its assets to Cintaly, although few details of the deal or the consideration involved were released. The announcement revealed that Cintaly intended to have the network up and running efficiently again within days, but little appears to be happening. The rest of the story
