Boost America's Economy with Legal Online Poker

Let online poker players in the United States play legally and without fear of prosecution. Reform the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act to exempt poker, a game of skill, from the law. Boost the economy by letting American companies and Ameican players make money and pay taxes instead of sending online poker businesses offshore. Protect online poker players by regulating the industry to ensure that no one is ever cheated.

Let Barrack Obama know you want online poker to be 100% legal in the US

"Americans have played poker throughout history. Playing poker on the internet is simply an example of an American tradition evolving into the 21st century. It is unfathomable that poker, an American pastime and game of skill, should be banned for the millions who enjoy playing responsibly."

10th most popular, get in there and vote. Do you want "more bullet trains and light rail" to be the most popular thing America tells the new president they want action on?

The poker one has far and away the most comments, just not the most votes. Kentucky Government probably being paid overtime to create accounts and vote it lower

more like "have a bit of a hassel getting the check and cashing it". Haven't heard anyone getting in trouble, but the stupid rules enacted just make it difficult to move the money around, so go click the link, sign up and vote it up

you will not get prosecuted for cashing out money. Only placing bets. Fortunatley the government has not attacked anyone for playing poker only attacked the sites that fund it.

Well, the poker resolution has moved up to 9th. Good job everyone who voted. If you have not voted, now is the most important time to have your voice heard. So get on over there and let the new president know how you feel.

907 comments on our topic, almost twice as many as the leading vote getter. Bullet trains got bumped, now the leader is "Legal Marijuana" Is that really more important than poker to you?

Umm, we are falling behind. "Higher MPG requirements" are about to pass us as a topic. Sounds like what detroit needs to do without any government regulation needed, but what do I know?

I know you all better get your asses over there and vote!
