NBC's late night poker show Poker After Dark has announced its schedule and lineup for Season 5. This season was recorded at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, also host to other poker games like High Stakes.

This season will air in 2009, it has been comprised into 13 episodes and it wilñ be hosted by Leeann Tweeden, while some commentary will be provided by Ali Nejadand. The players featuring will be Taylor “GreenPlastic” Caby , Cole “CTS” South, David “Raptor” Benefield Don Cheadle, Jason Alexander, Orel Hershiser, Ilari “Ziigmund” Sahamies, online qualifier Arnold Thimons, amateur Bob Safai, and professional players John Phan, Kenny Tran, Max Pescatori, Dario Minieri and Ivan Demidov.

This season will have a larger presence of cash games, producers said that besides the six-handed NL Hold'em winner takes it all usual tournament, but there will also be a lot of cash games.
