| Full Tilt Hosts Memorial Tournament for Mindy
Mindy, a woman who took the poker world by surprise, a mother of two and a beloved wife. Mindy Trinidad Trinidad made the final table and finished 7th at the 2007 WSOP ladies event, and she won the ladies event at the Summer Pot of Gold in Reno in July. Mindy Trinidad, a poker player that passed away last October after a battle with leukemia was honoured yesterday at a tournament at Full Tilt Poker. Erick Lindgren hosted a $5+$5 tournament at Full Tilt, $5 for the prize pool and $5 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Mindy Trinidad’s memory. Sixteen red pros were scheduled to play at the tournament along with approximately 200 players. Everyone remembers Mindy as a warm, cheerful, vivacious woman. A star-studded event will be hosted on December 12th at The Hard Rock Casino in Mindy's honour as well. We miss you Mindy.           |
