Condolences to Daniel Negreanu

This past February professional poker player Daniel Negreanu's mother got seriously ill and Danieloften wrote on his blog about her condition. Her health was on and off but she continued to be sick.

Sadly, Daniel Negreanu received sad news about her death. Daniel's mother was known for being a caring mother for her children as we could tell by seeing her bring a warm, home-cooked meal to Daniel during tournaments.

The poker player wrote a whole blog entry about his feelings. "Last night at about 3:30am in her sleep she passed away at the hospital where she's been suffering since February. 10 months of the most brutal torture. Just no way to live, and there is a sense of relief that she doesn't have to suffer anymore." he writes. You can read all his heartfelts here.

Very sad. I lost my eldest brother 2 weeks this Friday. He had open heart surgery 7 years ago and lived a great life. I feel for Daniel because a death can take a toll on you. With friends and family, you can make it through. X
