World Series of Poker Hold'em Legend is a new game application for your iPod and iPhone launched by Glu Mobile Inc. The application is now available to everyone on the Apple store.
The application is a high stakes poker game branded by the most popular poker event in the world the World Series of Poker (WSOP). Glu Mobile Inc entered in a multi-year alliance with Harrah's Interactive Entertainments, Inc.
"World Series of Poker is the no. 1 brand in poker, and we are thrilled to bring iPhone and iPod touch users the most exciting, prestigious poker app available," said Alex Galvagni, CTO & SVP Global Product Development, Glu.
The game allows players to play in about 25 events in seven different casinos, five of these are Harrah's properties and they have introductory videos. Fans will be able to win a virtual WSOP bracelet as the app has peer-to-peer functionality via Bluetooth and artificial intelligence.
