| Pitbull Poker Owners Arrested, No Responsibility to be Taken on Players' Funds
In previous news, fellow HPCer Ikport brought to us some reports about Pitbull Poker closing operations and shutting down their offices in Costa Rica.
Earlier this year, the poker room was suspected of cheating and having superuser accounts. The owners denied all accusations but the scandal kept growing to what it is today. On September 29th Pitbull Poker's owner Kevin Baronowski was arrested in Costa Rica in the attempt to move computers and server equipment away from their base office.
Pitbull Poker was shut down since then and all players were left out with no word on whether their funds would be returned. Former network manager of the poker room Dave Brenes has been the spokesperson on many forums and he refuses to take responsibility concerning the shutdown.
A group of players from different forums have got together to take legal action against the owners of the poker room, they will be joined by a group of employees who did not have their wages paid.
