Isabelle Mercier Says Bye to PokerStars

All over the internet forums and other sources players began to speculate over the reason for this happening. Perhaps what you heard the most was that she had been kicked out due to her poor tournament results in recent years.

However, news broke that there was a statement from Lina Olofsson, a poker blogger who has access to private info from Pokerstars saying that Mercier decided to leave Pokerstars herself. Olofsson wrote that Isabelle is tired of what she has been doing during the past years and decided it is time for a change.

There is also a clarification saying that Isabelle was one of the most popular sponsored players at Pokerstars and that the poker room was very disappointed with her decision. "That's just the way I am," Isabelle had explained. "I get restless and want to find something new."
