PokerStars Announces Their Own Million Dollar TV Show

I do not know of it is just me who perceives it this way, but I think that Full Tilt Poker and Pokerstars have engaged in an intense battle for supremacy.

As Full Tilt Poker got tired of being under the shadow of Pokerstars, they decided to run a tournament to set a Guiness Record and Pokerstars decided to run one, ON THE SAME DAY!! Pokerstars came up victorious in numbers of players.

Now, right after the ratings fiasco of Full Tilt's TV show 'Face the Ace', Pokerstars announced their very own TV show 'Million Dollar Challenge'.

The show will feature one lucky player who gets to play against Daniel Negreanu for a chance to win $1 million. In order to classify for the show a player must make the top 10 in one of the faily Million Dollar Challenge freerolls on Pokerstars. Afterwards, they need to make a 2 minute video explaining why they should be chosen as Daniel's opponent.

"This is the chance of a lifetime and your shot at becoming a TV poker superstar - and best of all it’s all for free," says Pokerstars.

The winner will also get to play heads up matches against other Team Pokerstars pros and will receive coaching from Negreanu before the million dollar match.
