awful black screen

any plans to lighten the interface on hpc website.

to read some of the text I use edit/select all....it's that bad on my monitor.

anyone else have this problem?

I have no problems reading the screen.

I bow to the majority but don't wish to adjust my monitor to fix one site as that will probably affect the normal white screens.....guess I can live with it

I find this site to be one of the most pleasing on my eyes for reading

I suppose there could be something wrong with his style sheets or something because 'selecting the texts' means he might see black text instead of white.

the problem is the blue text on the black background especially at the top of the screen indicating the pges travelled.

of course my eyes ain't as good as they were.

I love this color pattern and the fact that it works.

I have been on one or 2 forums in the past that did black backgrounds and white (or light) text and the browser would default it to black. It hasn't happened in such a long time that I can't remember if it was the forum, my browser setting or maybe if I was using a really old Mozilla (firefox) browser at the time. (This is my guess to what he is explaining as the problem)

I still love the site this way, the look is soooooo much easier on the eyes.
