How can someone kill the stakes and play like this at NL?

This guy plays Full ring NL holdem and Full ring PL holdem at 50c/1 stakes. His stats are 39/34/2 with a calls preflop raise of 34% and calls 3-bet of 52% and over 100,000 hands he is beating full ring by 12pt BB /100 and in pot limit over 100,000 hands he is beating it by 9pt BB/100.

How is this possible? Think he is running good or can you truly play that loose and kill the stakes.
