Anyone have tips for playing multiple tables? Doing this in the marathon will really be new for me.

move them around so that you can always see your cards. If I am at the top in one, move your guy to the bottom in another and then move the windows so you can always see the cards

Patience and try not to click the wrong button. I also find using 2 computer for more than two games makes it easier then the tables are not popping up in front of each other.

Be careful to make sure your betting buttons don't overlap. I've had a bets made that I didn't want because my screens overlapped and changed just as I would make a bet on one and wanted a fold on another. Even had a couple all ins where I really wanted a fold, simply because the screen change at the same moment I made my move.

oh, and most important, that time to decide is there for you to use. If people complain, tell them to play their cards and shut their mouths or they will be seeing 4 hands an hour

Take your time for decision, don't play fast like we sometimes do when playing 1 table and indeed play tight poker as you'll have no time to watch only one table.
