| Hi, I'm Toby, a spokesman for Pokerari. Having noticed this thread, I felt the need to take the floor as some awfully wrong and misleading information about Everleaf and Pokerari has been distributed here. I will try to cover each of the above mentioned topics one by one, and give you as accurate information as possible. In case I happen to leave anything unclear, please feel free to either reply here or PM/email me and I will be more than happy to clarify. 1. Policy on affiliate tournaments (only players who are registered under a certain affiliate can play in this affiliate's private tournaments). Please note that Pokerari is NOT enforcing this policy. All tournaments (including private tournaments) are available for each and every player, regardless if they used or didn't use the host's tracking links when signing up. If you open our software and take a look at the "Tournaments > Private" tab, you'll notice a bunch of tournaments that are all affiliate-related but open for anyone to enter (as long as they know the password, of course). 2. Multi-account policy. First and foremost, the regulation not to allow multiple accounts across the network is neither ours or the network's but is a rule of LGA (Malta Lotteries & Gaming Authority). It would make no sense for a poker network to enforce such rule voluntarily as no-one at all benefits from this. As well, it's worth mentioning that Everleaf is, in fact, doing everything they can to get rid of this ruling, and the end of this process is very near (note that I have a good reason to be absolutely confident making that statement - it's not just a promise that the network has made) One more thing I would like you all to know is that in no way do we close any accounts without notifying the player about it. In case we discover multiple accounts, the standard procedure is to ask the player which account they would like to keep, and in case of no reply close all accounts but one, transferring the account balances of all accounts into the one that will be left open. Never will any of the players lose any money because of an account closure. 3. Policy on cashing out freeroll winnings. This is another part regarding which wrong information was given. It's not just Pokerari who enforces this, but the network. According to this ruling, each player who has not deposited, has to earn 15x the amount of freeroll winning in Poker Points in order to cash out their winnings. However, I would like to emphasize that unlike somebody described above, the player does NOT have to win 15x the amount, but simply earn enough Poker Points. While one Poker Point is awarded for each $0.10 paid in contributed rake, it's not a very hard task to accomplish and most of you here should know that these restrictions are a very common thing and most poker rooms enforce these. Thanks for your time and once again, if there are any questions, I'm more than happy to answer. Best Regards, Toby Clarke Poker Manager Pokerari.com |
