How Much Do You Need For The Perfect Poker Trip?

I'm planning a poker trip with a couple of friends to probably Atlantic City in 2 weeks. I want to get some advice on how much should i take with me to play at least 2 tournaments a day(morning and evening) and cash tables as well, And i wondered what limits do you all play as well. Some feedback would be cool. And if anyone is going to be in or around Atlantic City on Aug. 1st- 9th, let me know.

Well I don't have any advice for you I live to far from any casinos to get to play live, but I will wish you good luck and have fun.

You have several options, The Borgata, Taj and Caesars all have great tournaments. I find the Caesars one to be the softest. The Borgata has the most tables, but on a Friday or Saturday night, my advice is to get there early or you will be waiting forever for a table.

I don't know your bankroll, but I would take at least 1k. Also make sure to pick up a players card at each casino you intend to play at. You need it to register.

"Americans have played poker throughout history. Playing poker on the internet is simply an example of an American tradition evolving into the 21st century. It is unfathomable that poker, an American pastime and game of skill, should be banned for the millions who enjoy playing responsibly."

Thnx to you both. I actually have 3K to take with me, so I should be good. I am actually staying at Borgota. I'm meeting a few people from the Cruise ship there. Good luck at the tables.
