| double charged
i made a deposit at full tilt and they double charged my credit card. so now i have to wait 7 days to get my money back on my card . has this ever happened to anyone else here

Never. I would escalate the situation and see what you can get for free out of it. The policy at tilt is that if you ask for an email to be passed along to a supervisor it is done automatically. Put in your subject line to forward your complaint to a supervisor and you will get your complaint moved to someone who has the authority to hand you some tidbit for free. Make sure that you make it clear that this is a huge inconvenience to you, that it makes you doubt the safety of having your CC info in their hands, and that you are considering closing your account and see what happens. Although I have never heard of this happening before, I do know Tilt is usually pretty good about trying to satisfy their customers. No guarantees but maybe you will get a free hat or a free tournament entry or somesuch.  |
