Hey, hope this helps:

In order to get a screenshot saved to your computer place whatever you want a shot of at the front of the screen and hold ALT + PRINT SCREEN. Then open PAINT or a similar program and click CTRL + V to paste it. To post a screenshot in the forum, you must upload it to a host site. For this you can use ALL YOU CAN UPLOAD. Go to the site and you will see something that looks like this:

http://aycu37.webshots.com/image/423...4341445_rs.jpg

Click the button labeled "BROWSE" and you will be able to look through your pictures for the one you want to upload. Select it, click "OK," and then click "UPLOAD." You can do up to three at once, and there is no sign-up or registration to do this.

Once your images have been uploaded, you will see this:

Select the BBCode that is specified as "FOR A FORUM OR MESSAGE BOARD (PRIMARY)*" under "LINKS TO ORIGINAL IMAGE" as shown above. Copy it and paste it into your post and it will appear.

If you have any questions please PM me. I'd be more than happy to help anyone out who is having trouble!

I started using a free program called fast stone capture.
it will take a picture of the active window on your screen and save it directly to a file or print it.

If control & V doesn't work, simply click Edit then paste.

Check to see if you have a button next to the ctr button "fn" if you do, click that while simultaneously clicking the prt screen button. Then go into your paint program click edit, then paste. Hope this helps!!
