That's right.....24 hours of straight poker! It is a competition going on over at our good friends at
Holdem Poker Chat.
Apparently there are some insomniacs over there that needed something to do in the middle of the night, so they have decided to work with several poker sites.
The madness will begin at 12pm EST on April 26th, 2008. In the span of 24 hours there will be 24 poker tournaments! Yep, that right... 24 tournaments in 24 hours! This will consist of both freerolls and money-added buyins. Tournaments will occur every hour, on the hour.
The tournaments will be held on
Pokerstars, FullTilt,
Carbon Poker,
Cake Poker, Ultimate Bet, and Poker Nordica! All and all, it will be a wonderful journey, with over $2500 added to the prize pools!
In order to qualify for the prizes, you must register at
Holdem Poker Chat . Be sure to visit the thread on the marathon and follow the procedures for posting your usernames for all the poker sites involved.
Please use caution when playing in this event. If you are tired, get some sleep! Do not strain or push yourself to stay away. We do not want anyone straining themselves or causing medical problems trying to participate in this event.
