Thumbs down I won a 3 handed game on Cake Poker, only to lose $.50!!!

I played tournament #10489987 on Cake Poker last night. There was 3 players in this tourament. With a buy in of $5.50. There were 3 rebuys one from me and 2 from another player. There was also 2 add ons in this game. After I played for about 2 hours to win, I recieved $10 for winning. I've sent 5 emails or so to Cake Poker explaining the prize pool is wrong. They have responded by sending me repeated emails explaining there was only $20 in the prize pool.

I will enclude the emails I've sent and recieved from Cake Poker. After being so frustrated, I think I may be done with Cake Poker. Make sure you check the prize pool when playing on Cake Poker, or you may be the next one to get screwed!!!

The prize pool was wrong. I bought a rebuy. Between the other two guys, they took 2 rebuys and 2 add ons. I won. And lost 50cents. Please recheck this. I'm not gonna be very happy if you don't fix this!

Well, I guess you guys are gonna lose a player over $10. It's ridiculous that I tell you what happened and you totally ignore me and tell me the prize pool had $20 in it. NO SHIT, but the prize pool is wrong. I guess I'll be cashing out and moving over to the Merge network! Thanks for nothing!! When I wake up in the morning, and this issue isn't resolved. I'm leaving Cake Poker!

Asonda Mooney
P.S. I have never in my entire life had a problem with Cake Poker. I'm very, very disappointed in the fact that you guys won't even look into this farther than seeing what the prize pool is showing. Can't you check how many rebuys and add ons were in this thing?

After playing tournament #10489987 last night, I have desided to quit playing on Cake Poker. I paid $5 + 50cent rake to play. Once the game started I also took a rebuy. So I had a total of $10.50 in the game. After playing for about 2 hours and winning the tournament I recieved $10 for winning the tournament. So basicly I lost 50 cents to play this tournament. The prize pool only showed $20 in it. I had $10.50 in it. Another player had a buy in and an add on, so they had $10.50 in it as well. The final player had a buy in, 2 rebuys, and an add on, so he had a total of $20.50 in it. Simple math tells you that the prize pool has to have more than $20 in it! But after countless emails explaining this, you have wrote me back time and time again explaining there was only $20 in the prize pool.

Now that I've said this, I find it rather pointless to continue to play on a site that when you get first place in a tournament you still manage to lose money. I had been playing on my ex-girlfriends account, which is the reason for the transfer. If you won't allow this transfer I'll just have to have her cash the check when I withdraw. I will also let you know that I have a lot of people that I know online, being the fact I use to play cards online as my sole sourse of income. I'm going to make some nice posts about how you guys stole $20 from 3 players that play on your site. Your flipping tournament could only muster 3 players. So instead of trying to do a better job of running your games, you steal from us. Enjoy the money! I hope it brings you true happiness!

Something does not appear to be right, but I'll be shocked if they admit an error on their part. Good luck on getting your funds off that site. Please post something when this situation is resolved.
