Balancing out I guess

This morning at 3:30 am est played a $1500 guaranteed at bodog. I really didn't get great cards the whole game, but maximized my hands and played real smart. I got 3rd for $178. Nice cash.

Then the poker gods struck back after my usual nap.
I have QQ, guy pushes 2nd hand in a $3 buyin. I call, he has 77. Nice read me!
Yep 7 on the river.

I have AA, 7k chips. player before me bets 6500 chips, I push (he has 500 more than me) He has QQ. Ha, yay, going deep in this one! Nope! Q on turn. out.

Played very TAG in a private forum game. Got AQ, small fry shoves before me, looked and felt desperate (had 54 less chips than me). I call. For once, beat pre flop. He has 10 10. Oh well, good hand. Wait there is the Ace on the turn, finally a bit of luck that isnt bad luck! River is the Q.....but the Q of spades, 4 spades on board, i have none, he has the 10....

yep. gonna be one of those days, expect some donk play out of me in the 20k ticket game at carbon
