Huge Field, 2-7 finish

Yea Yea, it's just a freeroll on Stars and a satty to the 2K Weekly event.

Still, it's 10,000 entrants, and a game I have never in my life played before. So I think I am justified in being proud of a top 50 finish under the circumstances.

Proud

Dan any time you out last 9k or more people to finish is right by me. I would have been out way earlier. Two reasons. One I got tired of wife saying "Are you done yet". Two I would have been bored out of my mind with bad cards.
Good job Bro.
Eric

Yeye. I feel like if I can get at or above the chip average in the third hour then I have a chance to make a deep run. I actually wanted to win it, but after the bubble popped people were all in every hand.

I ended up being dealt the nut 8 pat (2-3-4-5-8 ), and had a shove before me so I called. Dude discarded three and caught the third nuts lmao. I guess I can live with that.

Most importantly I had a BLAST. Lately in NL games it's been kind of Ho-Hum and I just can't get into it. But between this and the limit MTTs I've been playing with LDJ I've been having a great time. It's easier to play great poker when it's fun.

I may be taking a break from Online No Limit for a while.
