Unless they change the blind structure for the PCA, I wouldn't bother. I went last year and the structure sucked.

Am I right in saying that there will only be around 200 entrants in the restricted final(?).

Suffering a dismal blind structure would be the least of my worries if I managed to get through!

Yeah the blind strcture doesn't actually matter for me, so that is not a bother.
The only way in is throught satellite thought.
