August High Hand of the Month

Beginning next month we're going to run a new contest for the high hand of the month. Here's how it works. When you're playing, be ready to take a screen shot when you win with a high hand. The highest hand for the month wins $20. In case of a tie (more then one Royal Flush) the prize will be split. Only Holdem Variations. So no PLO, Stud, etc

Lowest High hand we're accepting is Jacks Four of a Kind.

We are accepting Screen Shots Only. So be ready.

Make sure to post the screen shot in this post. If you need help posting it, feel free to send it to us and we'll put it up for you.

If you do not know how to do a print screen, here are the instructions:

Click on the top of the poker table screen. Click ctrl, alt & print screen (if you do ctrl & print screen you will get your whole computer screen). Pull up paint on your computer (found under accessories folder on computer). Click in the space and then click ctrl v (or right click and paste) in the paint screen and the image will appear. Click on file and save as. Then save it on your computer.

You will have to save the picture on a photo sharing program like photobucket so you upload the image onto a thread.

You don´t need the ctrl, click only in print screen and you get the whole screen, click in Alt+Prtscrn and get the active window, ctrl don´t do nothing here.:smile:

Fonzy the higher hand contest can be in any game rigth? (MTT, S&G, Ring), or is only for ring game?

I have to beg to differ Logan. On vista, which I have, I have to hit ctrl, alt and PRTSC (print screen) in order to just get the poker table screen only. If I do the print screen only or ctrl & print screen, I get everything on my desk top copied.

Maybe it is a Vista thing. Maybe it is different in other platforms.

Alt + print screen will get the window on Vista

Exactly what i say, let me explain this way.

you now use [ctrl]+[print scrn]= everything on desk top copied <---- take out the ctrl and get same result
[print scrn only]= everything on desk top copied

you now use [Ctrl]+[Alt]+[printscrn]=just table <----- take out ctrl and get same result
[Alt]+[prtscrn]=just table

ctrl is not used (i mean you click that in vane)

Vista, XP same thing (i find it in XP, use now vista work the same)
