Eldorado poker room, Reno, NV

Drove the hugely boring 400+ miles from my house in fun filled Las Vegas, to the nearly dead and quite dangerous, Reno, Nevada. Before talking about the Eldorado poker room, I want to comment on the sad state of downtown Reno. Anytime from about 11pm on, the area between Harrah's and the Eldorado is populated by tweakers looking to rob you. Seriously. And, they're not only in the no-man's land between the two casinos, if you're a woman alone inside the Eldorado, they literally circle you keeping you within their sight at all times. FREAKED ME OUT. I requested door-to-door security escorts from Harrah's to the Eldorado and from the Eldorado back to Harrah's, where I was staying. Very bad vibe.

The Eldorado poker room was great, as always! I play limit and their $3-6 was a good game. Lots of locals and no idiots. By idiots I mean people who are too stupid to fold when they're holding third pr. Second pr players hang in there till the river and then they fold nicely. Those who lose their 4 card draws don't hang around till they hit their miracle card, which is kinda nice; they they don't spend the entire night sucking out on you.

I been there before and after they paved over the railroad tracks and it seemed to be safer late at night since they did that work. El Dorado has longer lasting games than Harrahs or Circus Circus. Also donuts around 7am for the all nighters or early risersI played 1 2 no limit about 10 different times and haven't had a losing session.

Reno is a very dangerous place
My friend just got shot in the leg at Walmart he managed in Reno.
Expect to see alot more of this happening with the end of times a coming for alot of believers.
