Playing Poorly

Right after losing all my chips...."Gee I should have seen that...why did I do that?"
Yeah thats me lately. I am the worst kind of donk. i know what i am doing is dumb, and I do it anyway, then I look back and am crushed by the stupidity of the move(s).
I just donked off about $30. real dumb donk offs. Some fishing, some just stupidly calling a raise that I shouldn't. I am playing a ring game, and a 2k guaranteed tourney right now. I don't even care about making money right now, I just want to play smart poker. I know what it is, I know how to do it, yet for the last week or so, i just can't seem to keep it at that level. Its irritating the hell out of me too...
