Last night there was an issue with the Mini Poker Series Final that caused the tournament to complete prematurely at the first break. This resulted in you being incorrectly paid out 12,000 tournament credits. These tournament credits were removed from your account immediately.
We understand the seriousness of this issue and want to say that we're sorry; the tournament should have played out properly. We have rescheduled the final for July 29th, 2010 at 8:35pm ET and it will only be open to players that made it to the break. Everyone will start with 3,000 chips and tournament prizing will remain the same.
For the inconvenience, we have issued a $150 + $12 tournament ticket to your account for entry to the $100,000 Guaranteed on a Sunday of your choice. Please note that the tournament ticket will expire on October 21st 2010.
Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will work hard to ensure these types of issues do not happen again in the future. We wish you the best of luck in the final and at the tables.
