Wowzer Fonzi, thanks for sending the masses my way.

More info keeps coming to light and unfortunately this is a blackmark on online poker which we dont need right now if we want to attempt to get it recognized/regulated.

I know some of you folks think this (or the prior Absolute poker scandal) doesnt effect me as I wasnt robbed, only high limit players were effected. Yada Yada Yada. Ive also heard this from alot of small mid stakes players: UB is soft I can win there, I cant win on Stars or Full Tilt. No excuses people if you get stuck with money on the site when it collapses dont say we didnt warn you.

I have a very close friend who won their 2007 WSOP ME seat thru UB in Decemeber 2006 after winning his seats the two prior years thru Pokerstars for 2005-2006. He didnt even get a tshirt from UB. Pokerstars was the Ritz and UB was a roach motel as far as catering to their clients. When this originally came to light he promptly closed his account. I still have a few bucks on UB although I never deposited on it. I won a forum monthly championship and took the payout on UB to try out the site in 2006 or so. They can keep the money since I cant withdraw it as its under $20.

Unfortunately the people who most need to read this are the ones still playing there that havent got a clue about this and will never read these threads...
