| It's not a guarantee, but most people including myself think that poker will be 100% legal in the US sooner rather than later.
As it stands now, the laws are very vague. Other than some states like Washington where they define poker as a felony, there isn't much on the books making it illegal. But then again I'm no legal expert, so check your local laws before gambling online. |
