Wicked Chops Poker is reporting that poker starlet Brandi Hawbaker reportedly took her own life last Sunday. She was only 26 years old.
The story began with a post on WCP by Bob B Bobson in which he said:
"You may want to know that Brandi Hawbaker (of semi-recent poker drama) died earlier this week. She was 26 years old.
I do not know any more than that, including how she died or any circumstances of her death, or even if there is a funeral planned. Even if I did know, it's nobody's business but her family and friends."
Never Win Poker received a statement from Brandi's boyfriend confirming her death and will post it after the family has time to grieve.
