This is an article by Daniel Negreanu, but the principle goes back to Doyle and mainly applies when playing other players who are tight, which makes it less effective when playing online. It still works, but you must use caustion when playing these starting hands. Probably the best thing is to be sure not to get married to the concept. You will miess the flop more often than you will hit it, so be prepared to throw the hand away most of the time when. It is basically a limping hand that can hit big, but most people play it too often or too aggessively (they try to draw out and that is not the way the hand is supposed to be played from my interpretation). The main basis is that you can hit with what normally looks like a lousy flop, and that enables you to take a good pot from the others.
