It seems to me like you've had a very bad run. I play live as well, so I can tell you from experience that the bad beats online seem to be much worse for three main reasons. You are seeing 3-4 times more hands online than you would in a live game. Also, you are playing in freerolls. Players in freerolls tend to play very wild. You wont see someone calling an allin with 27os in a $200 buyin tournament. The last reason is simple, if you make a stupid call in a live game and win, the players at your table will let you hear it. Online you'll hear it, but who cares, they're not sitting across from you.

If you want to play in what I consider to be the most realistic online poker site, give Pokerstars a try. The players are better and for some reason, I haven't experienced as much bad luck.

Hope I answered some of your concerns.

"Americans have played poker throughout history. Playing poker on the internet is simply an example of an American tradition evolving into the 21st century. It is unfathomable that poker, an American pastime and game of skill, should be banned for the millions who enjoy playing responsibly."
